Flexibility Improves Your Running ~
We’re as guilty as other runners when we choose to slack on stretching after a run.
The problem with not stretching regularly is that it eventually shortens our muscles, particularly glutes and hamstrings.
This tightening and shortening of muscles affects our running in one form or another, which makes injury more likely. Ouch.
